Trader @binarybina66102 $3,600 payout request (after split) was rejected.
The stated reasons provided by the company were group trading and account management.
Specifically, the account management team accused the trader of accessing other traders’ accounts from his device.
The trader strongly denies these allegations, stating that they are entirely untrue.
For transparency, I have already shared the full conversation between the trader and your team on Discord.
Following the payout rejection, the trader’s account has now been terminated and he has been banned.
Additionally, prior to this incident, the trader had successfully passed his $50k challenge. However, his funded account was subsequently denied because he executed four consecutive buy-side trades.
The company cited the one-sided betting rule as the reason for denial. This feels particularly unfair given the circumstances.

review this case and process the trader’s $3,600 payout. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

1. Initial Payout Request
I submitted a payout request of around $3,500 from my $100k funded account.
2. Risk Team Requirement
I received an email stating that I had to speak with the risk team on a WhatsApp call. I agreed and waited for 10 business days.
3. First Accusation (Copy Trading)
After the call, they told me I had done copy trading and needed to complete a new payout cycle with additional restrictions.
4. New Trading Conditions
I agreed to their terms, which required me to follow a 1% risk per trade with a 90-minute cooldown between trades.
5. Second Payout Request
I followed all the rules carefully and submitted another payout request.
6. Second Accusation (Group Trading)
They then claimed I was involved in group trading.
7. IP Consistency
My IP address was consistent throughout, which further proves I was trading independently.
8. Willingness to Provide Proof
I clearly stated that I was ready to provide a full breakdown of all my trades and any explanation required.
9. Account Blocked & Ticket Closed
Despite that, they still accused me of group trading, instantly blocked me from Discord and all communication channels, and closed my support ticket.
10. No Proof Provided
When I asked for proof, they said it was private and refused to provide any evidence.
