There are important facts being left out. His brother lives in the United States, which is why he followed people from both sides of American politics to stay informed, while in Thailand the politicians he followed were largely left-leaning.
That context matters because following someone is not the same as endorsing everything they believe, yet people continue using old follows to make assumptions about his character while ignoring the much larger body of evidence that comes from his actual words and actions.
He also has a boxing background, and some of the people he followed were connected to that world. The context around those follows was very different from what those figures later became associated with, and their later actions don’t necessarily reflect his own views.
Throughout his career, no one in the industry has spoken negatively about him, he has repeatedly worked with queer colleagues and female leads, openly supported the LGBTQ community, spoken about gender equality, supported queer artists, and consistently shown respect for his female coworkers.
If he truly held the views people accuse him of having, you would expect that to show up somewhere in his behavior or professional relationships by now, but instead the pattern people overlook is his long history of charitable work, including supporting animal shelters, organizations for disabled children, rebuilding schools, and donating sports equipment.
Judging someone based on selective information while dismissing years of consistent actions and conduct does not present the full picture.
