Knight Riders Group building their own stadium is as BIG as how top English and European football clubs operate.
Financially this is a game changer because currently Cricket clubs share revenues with government but with this move Knight Riders group can directly monetize ticket sales, hospitality, sponsorships, naming rights and non-cricket events like concerts.
It will elevates the us from being just a team to becoming a sports enterprise with long term assets.
