Sorry to hear of the passing of .@wrexhamfc kit man, Alan Jones. We enjoyed the odd glass of red wine together and many long trips on the team bus; I remember his wife always waited up for him no matter how late we got back from our away matches. Condolences to the family

When Colliers emptied in the afternoon, I would often sit with Joey and reminisce about the Scots he played with and against. Dalglish was a favourite, they were born on the same day. That’s where the resemblance ended, his words not mine. RIP my friend .
