⚫️ Printing test parts in polyamide (nylon) carbon fiber.
CF polyamide parts are very rigid, heat resistant and very unique in appearance: layer heights are almost invisible.
Printing in PA CF requires abrasion resistant nozzles (steel) and large diameters (from 0.6mm).

The conversion from the stock KP3S Pro S1 hotend to an original E3D V6 continues.
The E3D heatsink barrel nozzle is shorter than the stock hotend, and the X axis interferes with the bed.
The modification is not beautiful but still effective until we make a custom part.

🌡️ Swapping the stock KP3S hotend for an E3D all metal hotend.
We change the heatsink, barrel and nozzle because of the greater reliability and extrusion temperatures of high quality all metal hotends.
