Also, meant to say this long ago, but I now have a strict personal rule that I'm not gonna follow accounts that primarily post about/RT explicit NSFW stuff, cruelty, or digestion [unless we're friends]. It's nothing personal, I just wanna minimize my exposure to such things.

Thing I really hate abt having these violent social to anti-social mood swings is that I always feel extremely guilty when the latter hits. Like I'll express a lot of care for ppl and get them interested in me and then suddenly oops! Your "interacting with BJ" trial has ended!

That guilt then causes depression to set in, then that depression leads to a downward spiral that I have to slowly claw my way back out of again. Just one continuous, vicious cycle. This can't be normal, right?

Sorry I've been really distant and unresponsive for the past few weeks. Social burnout kicked in hard af after my bday, and since I can drive and play games again now that's mostly all I've wanted to do. I'd say to not expect to see or hear from me much for the rest of June.
