Brick by brick, we are collapsing the foundations of Russia's war economy.
Today, we are presenting our proposals for a 21st sanctions package against Russia.
This includes a temporary freeze of the Russian oil price cap and designations of institutions used by Moscow to generate revenues and circumvent EU sanctions.
It will target banks, weapons manufacturers, oil traders, refineries, and crypto operators in third countries.

We firmly believe that supporting the stability and self-sufficiency of African countries is of great importance, and we stand ready to cooperate in education โ thousands of African students received their education in Ukraine โ as well as technology, food security, and the development of manufacturing on equal footing.
We are grateful to every African nation supporting our independence and our people, and helping us bring peace closer. Thank you to African countries who support us within international organizations, particularly in the UN General Assembly. Africaโs voice in shaping global issues carries real weight.

Yesterday evening I was racially abused by a woman in Penneys on OโConnell Street, Dublin at around 7:20pm. She pushed between me and a friend, and when I calmly asked why, she began filming me and shouting โgo back to your countryโ and using racial slurs.
