Hi @AlaskaAir, I just spent the last three days in ERs and flying home for an emergency retina surgery for my wife. It’d be nice if your support agents were at least a little polite about a really unfortunate, costly & draining experience, even if you don’t do medical waivers.

So it goes. After 350 issues & almost 7 years of writing weekly about the world of space tech with @tectonic, The @OrbitalIndex is finished. I’ll miss it, and perhaps more writing with Andrew, but am ready for new horizons and challenges. Bon voyage!

Apple’s pro headphone line up is such a miss right now. I’m ready to buy AirPods Max and yet the new version are using a 4 year old chipset (H1) and we’re just updated. The AirPods Pro are on H2, but but haven’t been updated since 2022.
