When I think of places teens want to hang out, the library is not the place that comes to mind.

Tonight I did not address the core issue with the Fashion District curfew. Our teens have far too few places to go for activities. That’s why as mayor I will fully fund our libraries and rec centers to give our teens safe spaces and places in their neighborhood and in Center City
