Most companies are one good narrative away from growth. They just don't know how to find it — so they keep adding channels to a story that isn't working.

What actually makes a website convert in 2026: 1/ Immediate clarity. If visitors need to hunt for what you do, you've already lost. 2/ Relevance to the visitor. Speak to their outcome, not your features. 3/ Frictionless next step. Every unnecessary click is a leak.

AI won't commoditize strategy. It will commoditize execution. Which means strategy is about to become the most valuable thing you sell.

If your marketing isn't driving pipeline, it's just content. Awareness without intent is a hobby, not a strategy.

Everyone's racing to automate content. The real differentiation in 2026 won't be how fast you can produce. It'll be whether you have anything worth saying.

Most websites don't convert for a simple reason: They try to say everything. So they end up saying nothing. Clarity beats cleverness every time.
10
AI won't replace marketers. It will expose the ones who never knew what they were doing.

Positioning isn't what you do. It's the decision a buyer makes in 8 seconds when they land on your site. If that decision isn't happening, nothing downstream will save you.

Most content strategies fail for one reason: They're built for consistency. Not for impact. Posting daily without a point of view is just noise with a schedule.

AI is the biggest margin lever agencies have ever had. Most are still using it to save time. The winners are using it to expand what they sell.

If I started an agency today, I wouldn't sell websites. I'd sell attention and conversion. Websites are the artifact. The product is pipeline.

What 2007 marketers understand that 2026 marketers don’t: Distribution used to be bought Then it was built (followers) Now it’s earned every post We’ve reset back to merit.

Most marketers are optimizing for followers. The algorithm is optimizing for interest. Those are not the same thing.

The algorithm killed your audience. Here’s what replaced it: 1.You don’t control distribution anymore 2.Content gets matched to interest, not followers 3.Every post is a fresh test Most marketers are still playing the old game.
