All I want is to settle in my hometown to dedicate my time to helping make it stronger and more accessible for people who deserve a strong, accessible community. Ironically, I can’t. The housing crisis made it too inaccessible.

Always skeptical of this format, doesn't actually tell you who is doing a good job. Just tells you which get the most visibility. It's a feedback loop.
Just wrapped a focus group with Gen Z voters. These are the politicians they said are doing a good job right now. Zohran Mamdani (far & away top answer) AOC Marco Rubio Jon Ossoff James Talarico Josh Shapiro Jasmine Crockett Adrian Fontes Markwayne Mullin

Will never be able to reconcile emphasizing small government freedom and demanding mass IDing and "present your papers" requirements. The thinly veiled threat of violence is easier to reconcile from him.
X is great, but it's not a true free speech site. So I can't say what I believe about this. However, if someone were to do the right thing here, I would celebrate. I would teach my children and all Free State children that you are a hero.

You don't have to know what the original Tweet is about, but yeah, this is the whole problem.

The Cinde Warmington opioids billboard is already back up above Murphy's on Elm Street. Type is too small to read the "paid for by" bug.

Always baffled when people use this line - it was maybe the most predictable agenda in political history, laid out by the candidate and think tanks during campaign. If you listened to two Trump speeches you were caught up.

What I love about Alex Honnold is that he proved that the elements of climbing that could draw people in are the exact opposite of what boardroom conventional wisdom would have recommended. He's not a speed climber. He doesn't win sport climbing or bouldering comps.

He doesn't do the most highlight/tiktok-friendly impressively athletic moves. It isn't about explosiveness and strength. It's not fast and easily digested. He's not a boulderer or speed climber; he's a big-wall climber. It's slow. It's meticulous. It's dramatic. A lesson for all.
