Weird question. When dieting, how do you count the hours between meals? Do you count the last meal from the time you started eating, or when you finished eating?

Now trying to convince the cats that they need to wait an extra hour for their snack. They are not pleased, precious, no not pleased at all! I don't think cats approve of daylight savings time, especially when it goes back to regular time.
