I flew @qatarairways from JFK to Doha then @FlyRwandAir from Doha to Harare. I last saw my bags at JFK when I handed them to a @qatarairways employee. Now two weeks since my arrival both airlines have no updates whatsoever. This is terrible customer service @YvonneMakolo.

it is a week without my luggage @qatarairways and @FlyRwandAir I don’t understand why you cannot tell me where my luggage. I checked my luggage in at JFK with a @qatarairways agent and I have a @qatarairways bag tracking number and arrived on @FlyRwandAir. It’s simple.
