We’ve been quietly building Biscuit for 8 months. Today we’re opening up the waitlist. Biscuit lets you describe your business idea and we handle everything: product, payments, emails, hosting, going live. You can publish and get your first customer the same day.

Fable is such a step change from Opus that it will completely rethink Opus' stumped conclusion mid conversation if you switch to it (Driver code, no matter how old, really seems to trigger the cybersecurity downgrade in Fable)

Isolation is very important for AI, but so is sharing. Balancing this is far from solved. - I am now using 5 different AI logins - Each can have 10 parallel AI sessions - They work in isolated worktrees - But share Slack/Cloudflare/etc credentials - Only one real browser

Cloud agents at best have a weird computer setup that still doesn't have proper access to your digital setup. MCPs are an attempt at solving boundaries and credentials, but unmanageable long term (expiring tokens, a parallel universe to how you use the same services, etc).

Not saying I have any solution, but there's so much to solve here still, even if AI becomes 100x smarter. It's quite exciting!

This weekend, as a distraction while fixing bugs, I got Windows 98 running with dynamic resolution network in Chrome. Modding really old software is actually quite fun! A bit cryptic, but fun.

If one wishes to use Fable 5 to the fullest extent, but tokens run out, one may wish to use Claustrophobic

I've had shortcuts for Claude for a long time: c → start a new session cw → new session in a new worktree cr → resume existing session (all with "bypass permissions on") So I made a tool for it that also picks your plan with the lowest current 5h token usage

This was fun! I spoke about "scenario driven development" at the AI Native meetup, and the discussions were fun! You can read more about our evaluation setup here: biscuit.so/blog/how-we-evalu…

"Totally crazy about Biscuit" 🥳 A fantastic call with our OG user of @Biscuit_so. Naturally, the entire team had to join the call. And everyone took copious amounts of notes. Because despite being non-technical, Conny built and operationalised 2 apps at his company. And now he has a huge list of ideas, for which he has no time.😀

Having fun with Seedance 2 Does anyone have suggestions for avoiding popping between reference frames? Is it solvable on the Seedance side, or do I just have to improve my reference frames?

One thing that worked so far is using a single image with all the scenes integrated
