✅ 7 Years ago I discovered the #FlareNetwork and read all 3 of the OG whitepapers, I was hooked.
✅ 6 Years ago I started the first Flare specific YouTube channel / @X account, which now has 60,000 subscribers / 149,000 followers respectively.
✅ 5 Years ago I birthed an idea for a unique NFT collection on Flare that was fully-customizable and focused on rewarding holders.
✅ 4 Years ago I started putting my Computer Science degree to good use and building on Flare.
✅ 3 Years ago I launched @Block_Bonez, now the best selling NFT collection on Flare of all-time.
✅ 2 Years ago I started designing the architecture and laying the foundation for the @_DigitalDynamix ecosystem.
✅ 1 Year ago we launched Digital Dynamix, and with the help of @husseinb & @sbadakhchani, started supporting Flare as an Infrastructure Provider.

Well there is a lot, Digital Dynamix is built from the ground up so I was able to incorporate many novel ideas, not just copy / paste what already exists.
Just one example is the fact that we pay the collectors. 1% of all sales goes into a community pool, claimable by the holders of that collection once per month.
So if a specific collection is creating vast amount of volume, it's not just the artist that earns Royalties, it's the holders of the collection themselves too!

This is the MOST OVERLOOKED metric costing Flare stakers & delegators rewards right now.
Anyone staking to Flare validators or delegating to providers must be aware of the “minimum conditions” introduced in the last major FTSO update. Although this system has been in place for some time.
If you're delegating FLR, understanding these conditions and their impact on your rewards is crucial.
Every reward epoch, each entity (data providers/validators), is graded on their performance and either earn or lose "passes".
This is a system that decides if the entity (and their delegators) will keep their rewards.
They are judged on four protocols (conditions):
1⃣ FTSO (anchor feeds): Submit prices close the consensus median within a 0.5% band in at least 80% of rounds.
2⃣ FTSO (block-latency feeds): Submit at least 80% of expected updates (based on entities weight, entities with <0.2% of total wait are exempt).
3⃣ FDC (data connector): Participate successfully in 60% of rewarded rounds.
4⃣ Validators (staking): Validator must maintain 80% uptime and maintain at least 1m FLR self-bond.
Passes are like "get out of jail free" cards, and each entity can have at 3 passes at most.
When an entity fails to meet any one of the previously mentioned conditions, they lose a pass. Rewards are not at risk so long as the entity finishes a reward epoch with at least 0 or more passes.
In other words, an entity may fail at most 3 of the conditions and still be eligible for rewards. But if they fail all 4 conditions or have no passes AND fail a condition, their rewards are burned for that reward epoch (again, including their delegators).
All entities start with 0 passes and can earn passes (up to 3) by meeting all conditions for a given reward epoch.
There is a small caveat for entities to earn additional passes which is that they must have 3M FLR self-bond AND 15M FLR total active stake. This applies only for earning passes and does not lose strikes (as noted, only 1M FLR self-bond is required to meet the minimal staking condition.
For clarity, a provider who doesn't meet minimal conditions and has no passes will have all their reward burned, not just for individual protocols they fail, but for ALL. This includes "delegation" to data provider AND validator delegations.
It is typically okay for a provider form time to time to lose a pass, so it is more important to view the providers HISTORY of minimum conditions.

Scammers are everywhere, and they're growing increasingly convincing in their attempts to pry you from your $FLR.
Latest iterations shows scammers using @FlareNetworks logo as their organization, so using the logo as official verification is not valid.
If you want to be safe in this space, there are just a few simple rules you can follow:
✅Never share your *PRIVATE* key with anyone.
✅Never share your *SECRET* phrase with anyone.
✅Do not connect to websites you don't know.
Another great way to avoid most scams is to ignore any opportunities that feed on your greed with acompanied time pressures via DM.

Running Infra on the Flare with @_DigitalDynamix has highlighted the deep integration with novel data protocols.
Validators to do more than just produce blocks, they set the foundation that allows all the @FlareNetworks great functionality to run flawlessly.
A major part of that is data being brought on-chain in the most decentralised manner across the entire crypto space.
It's obvious for those who understand, but for those who don't, let me make it abundantly clear:
Flare is leading the way with data, building a solution from the ground up, not easily imitated by any other network.
In other words, Flare has no (serious) competitors in this field, those looking to copy Flare's model will have to start from the core, increasing the responsibilities for every Validator of their network whilst simultaneously educating them on where / how to source data to feed these new protocols.
That takes time, and Flare is already years ahead. When the demand for high-integrity data increases, there is only one network to consider, the Flare Network.
