James Gunn needs to accept that the success of unknown characters, as was the case in gotg, is not due to him, but to the Marvel brand and the MCU He tried to repeat the formula with TSS, CC, and the Justice Gang, but none of the characters became a phenomenon.. Just move on

I think the Supergirl movie would have been more well-received if it hadn't been marketed as an Woman of Tomorrow adaptation. Seeing those images when the movie was announced made my hype to absurd levels, the comic book is very known for its visual language
