I've heard people say they thought Lucifer packing nothing but ducks in his suitcase was too goofy, but I thought it was intended to show that without Charlie, literally all he has left are his ducks. All he has to live for at this point are Charlie and his ducks

Thinking more about this, what if Lilith needs to be in Heaven as a sort of asylum to keep her away from someone in Hell? What if Rosie needed Lilith for something she wanted no part in, explaining why both she and Alastor disappeared around the same time?

Hey so what do you think the chances are that the deal Lute mentioned was for the exterminations? It's interesting how the only people who seem to know that Lilith is in Heaven are Lute, Adam, and Sera, who were all involved with the exterminations in some way

What if Lilith was the one who agreed to the exterminations in order to get herself into Heaven, thus keeping her far away from whomever or whatever she was running from, and she decided to finally contact Charlie because Alastor's deal with Rosie being broken made it safe?

Heaven coming down once a year for a set duration of time limited to one location to kill Sinners in return for asylum in Heaven must've been the lesser of two evils compared to whatever Lilith was trying to get away from (I can only assume a total Roo takeover or something)

The TV seemed to react to his shift in mood too, as it immediately changed to the two ducks reconciling after "Charlie" called. If he didn't receive that call, I don't think that part of the show would've happened, and he would've just continued to force himself to feel worse
