My neighbor had gross income in 2025 of $35,890 . Her largest expense is rent, followed by food, then utilities. She is living within her means and not complaining. If you are earning $36K /year or more and complaining about the cost of living, perhaps you have a budgeting issue.

- Utilities for common areas
- Property Taxes
- Liability Insurance
- Cost of materials and labour to repair common areas
- Property maintenence
Unpopular opinion: Landlords should not be able to increase rent unless they're upgrading the apartment.

Especially when I see a leader who proclaims to be a "Christian" starting an unnecessary war, invading other countries for greed and gain, trying to starve and entire island nation, and overtly promoting racial and sexual bigotry, while getting away with raping kids.
