Hi @emirates, my family flew into BHX from Dubai last night on EK037 but we accidentally left my little boy’s precious soft toy on the plane. We spoke to various people at the airport and have been in contact via your website and FB messenger, but so far have just been told 1/2

we will be informed if it’s found. It has an Apple AirTag fitted so we know it came off the plane but are concerned it’s mixed up with the in-flight blankets. Can this be checked urgently?

Dropped Maggie at uni in Bristol today. From her new room you can see the room at Bristol Children's Hospital where, 17 years earlier, she spent 6 months fighting for her life against leukaemia.
Tears of joy.
