How do you tell a parent it’s time for them to not be this harvest’s combine driver or truck driver?
I know many have faced this dilemma, even if it’s driving a car- 84 yo dad wants to be a part of harvest but it’s becoming too dangerous for him and those around him.
How do you approach it? What do you say to be kind and gentle?
