Ive been trying to upgrade my @virginmedia Broadband package whilst cancelling my Virgin TV box.
1 month later and a new price still hasn't been agreed whilst 2 quotes have been offered then taken back & I've spent 7 hours on my phone on hold. ITS A BLOODY SHAMBLES!!

Crazy that lost property at @NetworkRailEUS isn't even open at the weekend!!!! Left my suitcase on @WestMidRailway train without anyway of seeing if its handed in. We are NOT anything approaching a serious/1st world country.

Hi @iD_Mobile_UK The phone i ordered from you isn't getting delivered by @DPDCare and DPD keep messing up the delivery & lying about it for some weird reason. I think their driver might have taken the phone maybe! Can you resend another phone? Or im cancelling my contract ASAP.

Two days in a row someones been waiting at my house for YOUR delivery.
Two days in a row, no ones even turned up.
TWO DAYS IN A ROW YOUR DRIVERS HAVE LIED AND SAID THEY TRIED TO DELIVER BuT I GAVE THEM THE WRONG PASSCODE!!!!
Is the DRIVER LYING company policy?
