It's interesting that I, for services I provide, get the least amount of tips from clients who live in a country with such a strong tipping culture.

When you pay for a meal, you are paying for the ingredients, building rent, and kitchen labor. When you tip, you pay for coordination, service, ambiance, relaxation, and a pleasant time. If y’all want a flat rate instead of just tipping be prepared to never enjoy a meal out again
