Completely indebted to the amazing staff on EAU ward @ Salford Royal - a selfless team who put me back together after suffering a heart attack at the weekend. As scary as it gets but they were there to hold my hand 🥹❤️ Feeling very grateful and VERY lucky!

We’ve had a great pre season, arguably the best we’ve had for a few years after another 6-1 win last week at Eccles United.
Tomorrow our @THEMCRFL league season starts at home to @EastMancFC 2pm KO, it’s always a top game against these so get yourself down! #UptheTown ⚽️

A good test for our first friendly against a good @boothstownfc side. Beaten 3-2 in the end with some great goals from both sides. Disappointed not to win but minutes in the tank for the lads 🏃♂️💪🏻. On to next week ⚽️
