Everything you’re seeing is fully autonomous with no teleoperation.

• Using our custom in-house actuators
• Borg is currently moving at 1 m/s, which is just 50 percent of its max speed of 2 m/s. This is the slowest it will ever be
• There is still a lot of optimization ahead. What you’re seeing is just the beginning
All of this was built by a team of just 3 engineers, completely bootstrapped.
What comes next is even bigger.
We will also be giving a sneak peek at our patent filed product tomorrow, something that will redefine how humanoids integrate into work cells and workstations across every industry.

Well be releasing our first autonomous demo of Borg 01 our humanoid this week.
We did it fully bootstrapped and a small team of 3 engineers.
We were able to achieve 2x-3x the speed of current humanoids in the same work cells.

Borg Autonomous Pallet Mover v1.0
Fully autonomous and omnidirectional. The U-shaped gantry automatically lifts for visibility over loaded pallets. A 360 degree camera view enhances safety in dynamic environments. The standard model comes with fixed forks, with an optional upgrade for adjustable width forks.
Our integrated VLM with input and output robotic actions allows station workers to command the pallet mover to perform tasks such as moving pallets from cell 1 to cell 2.

A first look at our modular humanoid robot: Borg 01, built in Detroit.
Borg 01 was purpose built for industrial environments. It’s designed to work efficiently and quickly in industrial work cells. Unlike other humanoids built to dance, run, or perform tricks, Borg 01 was built to get real work done.
Its modular design allows for swappable end effectors and either a wheeled base or a bipedal configuration. In every work cell we’re automating, the wheeled option always comes out on top. When we share the performance and power data with operators, they consistently choose the wheeled base.
With the push to bring manufacturing back to America, we’re going to see a wave of new factories, logistics hubs, and distribution centers opening across the country. Alongside this growth, there will be a huge surge in unemployment that needs addressing. Many of the jobs created will involve repetitive, physically demanding, and often boring tasks roles that are increasingly hard to fill. That’s where we come in. Robots like Borg 01 are built to take on this kind of work, reliably and efficiently.
