This 23YO was matured in combo of refill ex bourbon barrels and refill oloroso sherry butts before being finished (approx. 3 years) in refill PX and oloroso butts.
Tiny % of Pinot noir finish too

Really enjoying the wonderful descriptions of the #BowmoreWhisky 18YO. A very well thought of expression globally which we very proud of. It had some big shoes to fill in replacing the 17YO which had a touch more salinity but we think it’s done an admirable job

This is the dram that opened up the wonderful world of #bowmore to me over 20 years ago!
Maturation in combination of ex bourbon and oloroso sherry casks.
