The less privileged are the greatest beneficiaries.Mosquitoes net is given out for free, New born babies are vaccinated for free, HIV meds are free, Malaria meds are subsidized, TB meds are subsidized. Africa doesn’t have the resources for this. Trump should reverse his decision.
