This is going to be a little different than my usual posts, so in case you I've been hacked - I haven't. I’m writing this because I’m proud of my youngest daughter, who has taken a just stand an important issue - the sexualization of minors by adults. She enjoys the world of VR, and she joined a group called @VRD_Official, which is a virtual dance club. She adored participating in these events, until she discovered a huge contradiction in their rules. @VRD_Official welcomes all dancers at or above the age of 13. However, the content they display on their platform is sometimes very adult, with explicit dance videos, which can prompt participants to simulate sexual acts between and among themselves, NO MATTER WHAT THEIR AGE - even though the specific rules of the club prohibit these acts because “this is not an 18 community.” The club’s dance events are filmed and live-streamed on YouTube and other platforms. When my daughter opened a ticket and questioned a moderator and talked with the now head admin, she was met with justification and what can only be described as ignorance. The 3 screenshots included in this post will give you the vibe of how she was treated by the mod and now leader. She really wanted it all to be a huge misunderstanding that could be corrected by reasonable people, but when they refused to change she realized she needed to escalate the complaint -because CHILDREN ARE BEING HURT by @VRD_Official.

I love California and spent nearly 50 years of my life living there. But I have to ask -- WEEKS to count votes -- really? There are developing nations who run better, faster elections.

Theism is resurging in philosophy and science. Both philosopher Nathan Hawkins and Meyer suggest that materialism is losing intellectual dominance, especially among philosophers & scientists wrestling with consciousness, free will, & cosmological origins. youtu.be/gx4pDFX_PU4?si=H8wW…

If something began to exist, it must have a cause outside of itself. Big Bang tells us that the universe began to exist. Therefore the cause must be something outside the universe.
The Story of Everything was only supposed to be in theaters for ONE week… But audiences kept showing up, so it’s now extended through May 17 🎟️ What caused the universe to exist in the first place? See the film audiences can’t stop talking about 🎬

The deeper scientists looked into the universe, the stranger everything became.  What they discovered forced some of the world’s leading physicists to wrestle with questions far bigger than science alone could answer. See The Story of Everything in theaters through May 17 🎟️

Huge congrats to The Story of Everything team! Nice job on the Certified Hot rating from Rotten Tomatoes. That's so awesome! I went to the theaters again last night to see it again with more people. Big audience and they loved it, clapped and cheered. I'm such a fan of this project and the visual. I keep learning something new each time I watch it. I'm not professionally affiliated nor get kick backs or anything. I just love it! And hope for the best of success to them. Get showtimes here fandango.com/the-story-of-ev…

Whatever begins to exist has a cause. The universe began to exist. Therefore the universe has a cause. That cause must be timeless, spaceless, immaterial & infinitely powerful. Spoiler alert: God created the universe. Speaker: @LeeStrobel

If we find information in a radio signal from space, we treat it as evidence of a mind. But when we find vastly more complex information inside a cell, we’re told intelligence can’t even be considered. Why?

Mars had many of the same ingredients as Earth…   So why is one planet lifeless…  while the other is overflowing with life? 👀  The deeper science goes, the more Earth begins to look incredibly rare.   See The Story of Everything while it’s still in theaters through May 17 🎟️
