Realised we had no bread for Sunday morning eggs, so I quickly made this 50/50 white and wholegrain dough packed with sunflower seeds.
Going into the fridge for an overnight cold ferment.

Oven spring after just 15 mins
this is why I peek through the glass door like a weirdo
