Don’t welcome folks who will stoke your rage without offering a respite for reason. Ignore folks who are quick to offer plans to burn it down without a strategy to build it better. Remove yourself from folks who recite painful platitudes but never share positive affirmation. Education is filled with folks who have no hope, faith, or plan. They may be in your orbit but they are not your people #OneToGrowOn #ProtectYourPeace
