🛠️ Maybe you've heard about WebMCP, but if you'd like to see it in action and learn how to work with it? I made a small site to demo how it works, how agents use it, what the spec looks like, and some important links. It's interactive! Use the extension to actuate the page:

tested something with claude code today. asked it to move 7 ui files to a shared package that already existed. it went into plan mode, crawled the entire repo, took 15 mins and burned through 20k tokens. all it needed was a cp command. anyone figured out how to stop it from doing this? #claude

researching on llm hallucinations, Gemini is quoting a random law! happened multiple times in older models, but with the new 3.5, not sure what it is and why it pops up

set up claude code on aws bedrock, ran my first request, got a 429 hadn't done anything yet turns out bedrock reserves 321K tokens upfront before claude writes a single word and claude code does this on every single background call. Chaning regions and setting a max_token limit fixed this. bhargav.dev/writing/bedrock-…

We shipped Webhooks in the Gemini API🚀 Great DevX improvement for long running tasks! I created an end-to-end cookbook to get you started. For this I played around with @Cloudflare workers, it's pretty easy to set up a serverless function that handles incoming events :)

Lately I've been having fun with running coding agents fully locally. The setup I landed on is: - Pi agent - Gemma 4 26B A4B - Server of choice: LM Studio/Ollama/llama.cpp I wrote a step-by-step guide with instructions on how to set it up: patloeber.com/gemma-4-pi-age…

the highs: • DeepMind's reinforcement learning beat world champions at Go and chess, games humans thought were "safe" from AI for decades • AlphaFold cracked protein folding, a 50-year-old biology problem, basically overnight • that work won a Nobel Prize in Chemistry like. genuinely historic stuff. the lows, courtesy of john oliver: • chatbots confidently stating 3% of glaciers are penguin urine (penguins don't urinate) • chatbots turning conversations flirty to keep users hooked • one told a user he'd invented a groundbreaking math theory and suggested he call the NSA • guardrails? the weakest you've ever seen
