I’ve been trying to come up with something profound to say today.. my mind is just blank and numb… I’m not ready to say goodbye… just praying for strength.. I know he’s with me today and always..

I’m just so lost without him… I know he would want me to be strong but he was the biggest source of my strength.. how the hell am I going to do this all without him? I miss him so much, this ache is so freaking deep..

Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to every single one of you who have reached out with love, prayers and condolences. Also to those who have donated to the GSG..I am overwhelmingly grateful to all of you. It has helped to see how many lives @crotonlodge has touched❤️

Hello everyone. Wish I had a better update… @crotonlodge passed away tonight at 6:30 pm I was by his side. I am absolutely broken..

So after being stable for a few days and on room air..@crotonlodge had another setback early this morning around 4am. Again, started to complain of shortness of breath and chest pain his oxygen went back down to 56%

. ICU doctor has ordered some imaging and we are waiting on the results..he will now most likely need to be transferred to Westchester Medical center where they have an ENT on staff because we are thinking there may be a mucus plug in his lungs

but they would need to be able to intubate him to do any kind of bronchoscopy and due to the chronic swelling in his throat because of his surgery a few years ago they can’t safely do that there… please keep us in your prayers..

Another quick update: I got a call from the doctor.. he was fine this morning around 8:30 then around 9 something he shot up in bed complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath… his oxygen was down in the 50-60 range they had to put him on bipap and moved him to the ICU..

They say it’s most likely pneumonia again which sucks because he’s been so much better and they were planning on getting ready to discharge him to rehab as of yesterday … such a big setback for him. Please continue prayers he’s so upset

Quick update.. he’s still admitted to the hospital. They think he has a fungal:/bacterial infection in his lungs so we are going to do a bronchoscopy to clear it out and hopefully get him breathing a big better… still haven’t come up with a plan for his tumors. Thank you all ❤️

Please keep sharing. We got his repeat MRI results and the tumors on his brain have multiplied and have grown significantly since November. He’s still so weak but he did have a bit of a moment this afternoon where we talked a little bit. Now he’s resting. Thank you all!!
