La normativa DC-23, prevista inicialmente para entrar en vigor en febrero tras múltiples retrasos, parece que se retrasará unos meses más.
Este margen nos da tiempo para presentar proyectos, pero es esencial actuar antes de que entren en vigor las restricciones.

Valor compraventa: 35200€
Valor tasadora: 39700€
Valor catastral actualizado: 52367€.
Impuestos que hemos abonado. 5236€.
Eso es un 15% de ITP.

Esto nos ha ocurrido con varios pisos; en algunos casos, hemos pagado (y recurrido) importes que gravaron las operaciones en un 20%.
Sin embargo, después de esta resolución, no somos muy optimistas.
Cualquier tip nos vendría muy bien.
