They will communicate.
OTP platforms, iGaming operators, casino systems, Web3 applications and enterprise software all generate fundamentally different messaging workloads.
Treating every SMS as identical behind one generic API creates a black box.
Future messaging infrastructure needs programmable routing, observable execution and workload isolation.

I've spent the last few months building execution infrastructure for the EVM.
One thing kept bothering me.
AI agents can read transactions, decode calldata and query blockchain state.
But they still don't understand what an execution actually means.
They don't see runtime continuity.
They don't reconstruct origin.
They don't recognize participant relationships.
They don't remember execution patterns.
Maybe the next infrastructure layer for autonomous systems isn't another model.
Maybe it's Execution Intelligence.

While implementing Route 4A and Route 4B, something unexpected happened.
The observers stopped behaving like monitoring components.
They started behaving like independent analysts.
The Liquidity Observer cared about lifecycle.
The Runtime Observer cared about capabilities.
The Funding Observer cared about origin.
The Memory Observer cared about continuity.
The Participant Observer cared about relationships.
None of them were individually sufficient.
Execution understanding only emerged when they started agreeing.
