@NespressoUK and @HIVEDhq can’t believe you both provide such unprofessional delivery service. Left in a rubbish bin outside communal block of flats, on top of rubbish and to make it worse council bin collectors emptied the bin before I returned home. I expect a refund

@NespressoUK such poor customer service , your what’s app is not functioning, your chat has too long a queue so want even let me start, and I waited on hold for 45 min only for you to terminate the call before I could speak to anyone. how can I possibly get a refund
