Couldn’t be happier that chef @russellpjones2 is back(!) in DC, esp. that he’s back cooking at @jackroseindc until @theimperialdc opens next year! He’s killing it w/new fall eats like these 👆🏼scallops w/buttery pommes purée black truffle, and braised short rib bolognese🍝.
