So after over a month of no service @PLDT_Cares called on Tuesday assuring the connection won't have issues anymore. Two hours later it's gone right up to this moment. Seriously? Are you tripping? Jobs and projects are at stake here at the mercy of your incompetence! @iamMVP

Entering GCQ tomorrow & @PLDT_Cares doesn't have connection for two full days now after a week of intermittent signal. Good luck to a wfh dad like me & my kids who are about to start online classes. So frustrating & unreliable. I wanna believe this is not how @iamMVP wants it.
