Shocking customer service from @BootsUK . Ordered a home delivery and it was split into two boxes. One was almost fully empty and had been stolen by someone within @RoyalMail . Boots are liable and now on phone for the 4th time as they keep cancelling the case by email.

I've tried to buy a @British_Airways holiday 4 times... No added extras or complications on the checkout process. Literally clicking through and using their BA AMEX card and I get this every time. It then wipes out everything I've typed and I have to start againš

Appalling customer service from @RedLetterDaysUK over the past few days. A Hot air balloon voucher that was booked back in December for tomorrow is suddenly not valid and needs rebooking. Trying to get anyone from there to engage in a conversation on how / what is impossible.

As usual, I'm abroad and @ThreeUK is impossible with roaming. Charging me a fortune for roaming add-ons that I'm apparently buying again and again. Now I can't use AGAIN as hitting a spending cap caused by them. Can't get through on live chat or phone. Had enough of them.
