Why is it that NE folks have a more westernised english accent than any other part of India.From a fashion, cuisine & cleanliness pov, I think the NE folks can integrate most easily into the western world than the rest of Indians.

I think of Rahul Gandhi as a idealistic, sincere person. But his ideas are so unpalatable that it almost seems like he is a college kid trying to impress a far left communist girl who in all probability will eventually marry into a rich business family fixed by her father.
