So sad to hear the news about the passing of Terry Yorath. What a legend he was...remember him signing me from Swindon back in the day. I had great times at Swansea and Terry was a big part of that. Thanks for the memories legend, I will always be grateful . R.i.p π

That's a great fight there eubank/benn...but shit that they can't acknowledge each other at the end...so sad, been other really bad rivalries but also show respect to one another at the end....sad really, is this how it's gonna be from now on...disgrace

Just want to say...Good luck to Graham Potter at West Ham, just the challenge he needs, a brilliant manager to be honest. Watched him from Swansea right through to Brighton, said it all along, he sorted Brighton in the right way, few of you will disagree. Give time ffs!!!

Back in the ring with Joe Calzagheπ
Spent time with Joe Calzaghe at Calzaghe Academy. I got back in the ring with Joe this was a dream come true for me and done some pads.
Joe was helping me do some Physio on my weaker left side and experience being "Safely" back in the ring with my brain injury.
I struggle with my weaker left side and it aches but this was great for my Mental Health π My Idol π
