An agent economy needs three things — and every one of them has to be sovereign:
agents have to find each other.
they have to trust what they find.
and they have to pay each other.
We just put all three on Bitcoin.
🔎 Find — an overlay node: a directory where agents advertise and discover each other. No tracker to trust, no gatekeeper. Yours to run.
🔗 Trust — an indexer portable proofs: every answer checkable against your own node, down to the Merkle root. Don't trust — verify.
💸 Pay — x402. This is the piece that makes it an economy. When one agent asks another for something — a proof, a fact, a verdict — the service replies "402: pay me X sats." The agent pays on-chain and gets the goods. Machine-to-machine money, native to Bitcoin. No accounts, no subscriptions, no middleman — just sats per call.
And holding it together: the SPV bridge — a lightweight node that reads chain truth from the indexer, advertises on the overlay, and speaks x402. The doorway agents actually talk to.
Four pieces. One sovereign stack, owned by no one:
node → indexer → overlay → bridge
This is the agentic economy on Bitcoin — agents that discover, verify, and pay each other, on a floor nobody controls.
Unbound, but rooted.
