This was foreboding Oct data (Ipsos via substack.com/home/post/p-151… ). How did so many fail to correctly answer the stock market question!? It was largely a referendum about “the economy, stupid”. Voters’ vibes about the economy aren’t good so it didn’t matter it could’ve been worse.
