And a young boy, when old enough to understand #starwars, saw the movies, collected the toys [ @Hasbro (Kenner)] and dreamed of adventures in a galaxy far, far away.

Thinking back to my youth & Christmases 🎄 of yesteryear, a stand-out memory is the anticipation of yearly telecasts 📺 of beloved Christmas specials. A big one: ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’ [ @Snoopy ] which first aired 60 years ago today: Dec 9, 1965.
