Just had one of the best weeks of my life with @bu_bsoc at @bardseyobs. We had so many great experiences and saw some good birds including Alpine Swift, Dotterel, Jack Snipe, Ring Ouzel, Cuckoo and Pied flycatcher as well as hundreds of manxies and migrating passerines......

Bardsey 🏝 Day 2 recap: To kick off the morning, we refound and had some amazing views of the two dotterel: such tame birds! 🐦 Big falls of goldfinch and blackcap followed by an informative ringing demonstration capped off an incredible second day! 📸 - @chorltonbirder

New paper from my PhD! We quantified the impacts of a potential wildlife conflict between GBB Gulls and Puffins on the Isle of May - a tricky one as both species in global decline. We discuss its implications for species management and impact assessments. tinyurl.com/wu8naheu

Completely unreal!! Just found a drake Baikal Teal at Y Foryd, Gwynedd. Was the last thing I was expecting when @SalixTom said we should drop in on the Estuary
