The original BUBB situation became impossible to work with.
Wilone controls the website, and MEXC controls most of the original BUBB supply. Instead of supporting the project, that supply started getting played around leverage and futures activity. When we asked for proper control and alignment, communication was cut off.
With the help of Four.meme and the team, we made the decision to fully separate from the original dev and MEXC so we could move forward independently and protect the direction of the project.
We now have full control of the X account, and a new website is being prepared.
For now, the goal is simple: help the community understand that CUBB continues what people believed BUBB was supposed to be while we rebuild the foundation properly.

Hi everyone,
We are the CTO team continuing development of the project previously known as BUBB.
After issues involving the project’s former CEX VS MEXC relationship that affected supply control playing futures, original dev, it became clear the team could no longer responsibly operate under the original ticker. Rather than continue under those conditions, the CTO stepped in to take full control and move the project forward properly.

After a long road of back-and-forths, legal calls, and a lot of patience, our CTO team has officially taken over the BUBB project from its original developer. It's been a process — but we’re here now, and more importantly, so is BUBB.
We also worked closely with @vutnerable, the original artist who gave BUBB its soul. They’ve given us the green light to keep using the IP, and we’re incredibly thankful. While they won’t be continuing on this next chapter with us (they're diving into something new and awesome), their work laid the foundation for everything we’re building. Nothing but love and respect.
So, what now?
We’re not interested in just keeping BUBB alive. We’re here to grow it — with the community at the center of everything. No smoke and mirrors, no vague roadmaps. Just real, open collaboration and a shared vision for where this can go.
Also: $BUBB is already listed on Tier 1 and Tier 2 exchanges. Yeah — we’re not playing around.
Next stop?
Bubbillions. Say it out loud.
