I recommend this app by expert @drlouisenewson. I faked being a woman to register, answered questions and test its efficacy. For the good cause 😊This is amazingly useful for #Menopause and #HRT. I’m endocrinologist and treat menopausal women. I take my hat off to Dr. Newson

Certainly, but in the meantime it’s wonderful to have strong empirical support pointing to useless nature of discussing modifiability of these factors without discussing contexts that constrain modification! Great study.

The relationship between migraines & female sex hormones (oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone) is a complex one. While declining oestrogen/lack of oestrogen/fluctuations of oestrogen levels can trigger migraines, excess of oestrogen from hormones or can also cause migraines

#AAIC23 is not just about the science. It's about meeting new people. Over time, it's about finding out that these new relationships turn into some of the most enduring and supportive friendships you might know in your lifetime. That's why we go.

Question #AAIC23: can anyone explain how lecanemab slows cognitive decline and reduces Tau-PET ability, but donanemab slows cognitive decline and has no effect on Tau-PET accumulation? Can't puzzle this out mechanistically, or conflicting the atrophy results. #ENDALZ
