Thank you @KFC_UKI @ubereats_uk for the stone cold boneless banquet and the complete lack of acceptance of fault. Apparently stone cold inedible food that is only good for putting in the bin is not an issue. Capped off by your agent fake checking policy in order to cut me off.

Just wasted an hour chat with @UberUKI_Support @ubereats_uk to be told to call the same number I called originally. The same number who did not care. It's an Uber number. Round and round. Rubbish.

Their driver wants a 5 star rating. So everyone loses. Just that KFC keep my money and Uber keep the delivery charge. Something broke down. Either Uber failed to collect earlier and let the food go cold or KFC failed. No one loses apart from the customer.

Ridiculous customer support by @sainburys @nectar . I received a genuine notification that points had been stolen from my account and a message to contact them. When I do contact them, they say they cannot help me as it is a joint account, and I am not the primary cardholder 1/3

@nectar say you can get in touch via X. 2 hours later and still silence. meanwhile my personal details which have been misused to spend points are still unprotected because I'm not a primary account holder...

Getting upset about some loyalty points is not the issue here. It is how my details have been obtained and misused. I cannot help to fear about what else has been taken? @nectar have my shopping habits, address, date of birth etc. etc.
