I'm travelling down to Christchurch tomorrow to speak at the amazing @DevNxt_NZ conference. I'll be talking about how we're getting remote all wrong and how individuals can be part of the solution. Can't wait to see a bunch of you there!

I think the @FlyAirNZ call centre quotas are obviously set too tight, my wife just got hung up on just as she asking to clarify the information she'd been given in the call. (She's trying to sort a refund that's now 9 weeks post the initial call about flights that were cancelled)

Supposed to be on the @FlyAirNZ flight from LAX to Auckland tomorrow. Turns out cyclone has forced the cancellation. But not sure what I’m supposed to do to sort it out now?
