We’re performing an infrastructure overhaul.
Production hosting is migrating from
@Replit →
@Railway, and core development workflows are moving to a
@claudeai powered local environment.
Why this matters:
• Faster iteration - moving to a Claude-powered local environment lets us use multi-agent workflows, direct CLI access, and parallel task execution. We can debug, refactor, and ship changes significantly faster.
• Lower infra costs - production hosting on Railway is more efficient and predictable than dev-centric environments.
• Greater deployment control - full control over builds, environments, and scaling without platform constraints.
You may notice brief downtime during the transition, but the platform should remain mostly accessible.
As an AI-led development agency (
@TheAgencyVC), we’re constantly learning and evolving our stack in real time.
Big improvements ahead.
