Using birds of prey in #therapy can have many benefits, it needs the therapist to be properly trained in therapy & in handling birds of prey, it needs to be done ethically & safely for bird & client We are psychologists trained in Falconry with a team of experts on hand 4 support

We live not far from the River Mersey & several canals. These create beautiful places to walk Local people take great care of the waterways, surrounding land, & the wildlife. These swans are fiercly protected by everyone locally, they are so proud of them (not my photo) ππ¦’π

We've been to see Granny Meg today who is still in hospital with pneumonia as well as everything else. She was in positive spirits and enjoyed the blueberries & bananas we took. Our amazing dog sitter Jenny looked after Buffy for us ππ©ππ

Thank you so much everyone & apologies for not replying to everyone individually I really appreciate your support. I read all of you messages out to her. She is still on oxygen, strong painkillers & IV antibiotics but is much chirpier & looks mu better. Thanks everyone π€π€π€π
Unfortunately Granny Meg (91) fell earlier this week & is now in hospital with broken ribs & a chest infection π She has severe osteoporosis hence breaking so easily. She's being well looked after by wonderful staff & is in good spirits π (Old photo)

I think Sir David Attenborough & his team are safe π One of my jobs at the falconry is to manage conservation projects which include biodiversity in the woodland. I had a lovely day monitoring stuff today & managed to video a woodpecker... honest it is there! #conservation

Popped to #cheshireoaks shopping outlets today with The Hubby and a street artist was working on some previously very plain walls, it was amazing to watch him creat stunning pictures so quickly but with such precision π²π€©π€©π€©

Buffy doesn't get on the sofa, that was Koko's domain. However!! Some books fell off a shelf in the study ππ€£π€£π€£ (Obviously the sofa is a designated safe place )

Buffy's nose is a bit dry and crusty (not sure about that word but it says that online π³)so I got some nose balm from our favourite pet shop which i have to "gently massage in" ..... wish me luck!!! π€ΌββοΈπ₯π₯π¬π¬π¬
