Housing Works, a multi-million dollar NGO, is refusing to negotiate a fair contract with its workers who voted for unionization.
Housing Works Union protested outside the organizationโs fundraiser with workers sharing stories of burnout, taking second jobs, and even homelessness

Oh, wow. This was tough.
We had a tied game vs Sonics in โ80 playoffs. Quinn Buckner gets a steal with maybe 10 seconds on the game clock.He kicks it ahead to me with 7 seconds left. I have a wide open layup and slow down to waste a couple of ticks off the clock before I dunk it for a two point lead. Sonics take it out with clock stopped at 4 seconds. Dennis Johnson catches inbound pass near midcourt and throws up a 40 ft shot that goes in at the buzzer. We lose by 1, lose the series in 7. Always wonder if I couldโve taken another second off the clock, would that have made a differenceโฆ
